To Attach a Reference

  1. Click the Attach Reference icon ( Drawing > Attach > Reference ).

    The Attach Reference dialog opens.

  2. In the Attach Reference dialog, select the DGN file that contains the model to attach as a reference.
  3. From the Attachment Method option menu, select Interactive.
  4. Click Open.
  5. In the Reference Attachment Settings dialog, adjust settings as required.
  6. Click OK.
